American Airlines Introduces Nonstop Flights from Phoenix to Sun Valley

American Airlines is set to launch a seasonal nonstop service from Phoenix.

 

This new route provides Arizona residents with direct access to Sun Valley's renowned winter sports, including skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating.

 

Often referred to as "Nordic Town, USA," Sun Valley boasts extensive Nordic ski terrain, making it a prime destination for winter enthusiasts.

 

In addition to winter activities, the area offers mountain biking and fly fishing opportunities.

 

Sun Valley is the third Idaho destination added to American Airlines' network, joining Boise and Idaho Falls.

 

While other airlines offer flights from Phoenix to Sun Valley with connections, this marks the first nonstop route between Sky Harbor and Sun Valley.

 

United Airlines currently provides direct flights to Sun Valley from major U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, Denver, and Washington, D.C.

 

Travelers can book tickets for this new service starting June 30 through American Airlines' website or mobile app.
